Competition Stages

Preliminary Closed

  • The Preliminary Stage is the initial phase of the competition where all registered teams submit their first project based on the competition category and theme. In this stage, participants are required to present their initial ideas, problem analysis, or business concepts in the required format specified by the committee. The submitted works will be evaluated to assess originality, analytical depth, and relevance to the given topic. Only selected teams with the best submissions will advance to the Semifinal Stage.

Semi final

  • Teams that successfully pass the preliminary selection will proceed to the Semifinal Stage. In this stage, participants are required to further develop and refine their previous work into a more comprehensive proposal or solution. The submission must demonstrate deeper analysis, stronger arguments, and clearer implementation strategies. This stage aims to evaluate participants’ ability to expand their ideas into well-structured and feasible concepts before advancing to the final round.

Final Closed

  • The Final Stage is the last phase of the competition, where the top selected teams present their final work before the panel of judges. Participants are required to prepare a pitch deck or presentation that summarizes their ideas, analysis, and proposed solutions. During this stage, finalists will present their projects and participate in a question-and-answer session with the judges. The final evaluation will determine the winning teams based on the quality of their presentation, innovation, feasibility, and overall performance.
